Five things can make your Day Happy

    Five things you can do in the Morning to 
                        Have a Good Day



Life is busy. It can feel impossible to move toward your dreams. If you have a full-time job and kids, it’s even harder. The key to getting your day started off on the right foot is to build momentum.

1.     Drink water once you wake up



Did you know that in the morning, just after waking up, your body needs water, basically because it is dehydrated? Once the water is taken, you slowly begin to hydrate your body, and your internal organs begin to "work" better. If you do not, try it tomorrow: you will feel more energized soon after having taken a couple of glasses of water.


2.     Review your goals and things to do                     before you start your day



In this post, we talked about the benefits of making to-do lists at the end of your day. Reviewing your biggest goals in the morning is a compelling strategy because it gives you clarity about what you want to accomplish before your time starts. It helps you stay the course. What's more, reviewing your goals and objectives can inspire you to take even more action to realize them.


3.     Eat a healthy breakfast


Do not overlook the importance of eating a healthy breakfast. I'm not going to write more about it; it's a universal rule.


4.   Exercise or Stretch


Most people do not have time for this because they get up late. If you look a little at the lives of many people considered successful, you will notice that many of them get up early to take the time to do some exercise. Or meditate. They know that doing a little exercise is good for their health, but more importantly, it helps them keep a clear mind and be energetic the rest of the day. Even so, I understand that we are not all Superman and it's hard to get up early, if this is your case, do a little stretching to "wake up" your physical body.


5. Smile while looking at yourself in the          mirror


This is another very powerful habit; your mood will change when you see your smile in the mirror. You will feel happier, more attractive and you will feel more confident to face anything that crosses you on this new day.
